(Alliance News) - Cerillion PLC on Wednesday announced a new three-year managed services contract with Scarlet, a Belgian triple-play communications services provider part of the Proximus Group.
The Cerillion Managed Service, which is a billing, charging and customer management software managed by a team of billing experts, will offer a comprehensive set of operational services to augment Scarlet's in-house team and processes using the Cerillion Enterprise BSS/OSS suite.
IT Director of Scarlet Olivier Gossiaux, said: "As a challenger brand in a highly competitive market, operational efficiency and agility is our lifeblood. By adopting the Cerillion Managed Service, we are supercharging our operations with a team of product experts which will help us to continue growing our customer base and scaling our business efficiently."
Shares in Cerillion were up 0.6% at 322.00 pence in London on Wednesday.
