IN BRIEF: Codemasters Seeks Approval For Acquisition By Codex Games

Codemasters Group Holdings PLC - Warwickshire-based video game developer - Seeks shareholder approval for takeover by Codex Games Ltd - subsidiary of Electronic Arts Inc. Shareholder meeting set for February 3. If scheme becomes effective, Codemasters shares will be suspended on February 18 and subsequently will be cancelled from admission to trading on AIM on February 19.

Current stock price: 652.00 pence

Year-to-date change: down 0.9%
