PageGroup PLC - Surrey-based recruitment firm - Chief Executive Officer Steve Ingham sells 400,000 shares at GBP6.00, worth GBP2.4 million, on Thursday.

Schroders PLC - London-based asset manager - Chair Michael Dobson sells 25,000 shares at GBP35.60, worth GBP890,000, on Thursday. Dobson has sold GBP1.5 million in Schroders shares in the past two weeks.

Polar Capital Holdings PLC - London-based investment manager - Non-Executive Director Brian Ashford-Russell sells 150,000 shares at 802.28p, worth GBP120,341, on Friday. Says sale is part of his estate planning. Ashford-Russell sold GBP442,642 in shares at the end of March and GBP494,277 worth in January.

Shoe Zone PLC - Leicester-based footwear retailer - Chair Charles Smith and Chief Executive Anthony Smith buy 1.6 million shares in total at 80p, worth GBP1.3 million, on Thursday. Charles Smith buys 720,156 shares and Anthony Smith 900,720. Each purchase shares through separate investment vehicles in which they have 50% interests. Charles Smith now is interested in 11.9 million Shoe Zone shares, a 23.9% stake and Anthony Smith in 14.9 million, a 29.9% holding.

Renalytix AI PLC - Cardiff, Wales-based clinical diagnostics for kidney disease - CEO James McCullough sells 54,538 American Depositary Shares, each representing two shares, for USD30.50 and USD32.32, worth USD1.7 million, on Thursday. McCullough now is interested in 2.8 million shares, a 3.8% stake.

DCC PLC - Dublin-based sales, marketing and support services - Non-Executive Director Mark Breuer buys 3,500 shares at GBP61.45, worth GBP215,075, on Tuesday. Alongside its annual results on Tuesday, DCC announced Breuer's appointment as its new chair, replacing John Moloney. Breuer joined the board in November 2018. He was an investment banker, most recently with JPMorgan Chase & Co. He was vice-chair of Global M&A for JP Morgan before retiring in 2017.

S4 Capital PLC - London-based advertising and marketing agency - Executive Chair Martin Sorrell buys 10,000 shares at GBP5.13, worth GBP51,300, on Monday. He now has 54.2 million shares. Combined with 3.9 million shares Sorrell previously donated to the UBS Donor Advised Foundation, he has a 10.6% interest in S4 Capital.
