LONDON (Alliance News) - British Polythene Industries PLC Friday said Michael Huyghe, a senior manager, sold 25,000 shares at a price of 700 pence per share Thursday.
The deal is worth GBP175,000 gross.
Following this transaction, Huyghe holds 83,292 shares, which represents a 0.31% stake in the firm.
Shares in the polythene maker were down 1.7% at 711.75p Friday.
