LONDON (Alliance News) - British Polythene Industries PLC said on Monday Leslie McLatchie, the wife of its Chairman Cameron McLatchie, sold 2,480 shares at a price of 715.50 pence per share on Friday.
Following the transaction, McLatchie has an interest in 836,306 shares in the company, representing 3.1% of issued share capital.
Shares in British Polythene Industries closed up 3.8% at 738.00p on Monday.
