Aurum Mining has reached commercial agreement with Kentor Gold for the acquisition of its remaining 10% interest in the Andash asset for a consideration of US$2.2m, to be paid in three instalments by 30 July 2010.Berkeley Minerals posted a loss of £232,000 for the six months ended December, compared with a loss of £255,000 for the same period in the prior year.
