Blue Star Capital Banks GBP50,000 Through Warrants Exercise

(Alliance News) - Blue Star Capital PLC on Wednesday said it has netted GBP50,000 through an exercise of warrants by an undisclosed shareholder.

The investment company received notice to subscribe for 50 million new shares at 0.1 pence each.

The stock was trading 6.1% lower at 0.12 pence each on Wednesday morning in London.

Following admission, Blue Star's total issued share capital will comprise of 3.2 billion shares.
