LONDON (Alliance News) - Brack Capital Real Estate Investments NV said Monday it has withdrawn its Euronext Paris listing application and will remain on the London Stock Exchange.
Back in August, Brack Capital's shareholders voted to de-list on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and re-admit the shares to Euronext Paris.
However, this fell through as the Euronext Paris listing application was still being considered the Friday before de-listing of its London shares was expected to occur.
The Euronext listing was intended to to occur on Monday but this process has now been cancelled.
Brack Capital said it intends to review its plans and, pending the review, to retain its Main Marklet listing.
"The company will update shareholders following completion of that review," said Brack Capital.
Shares in Brack Capital were untraded at 0.30 pence on Monday.
