Bacanora Lithium PLC - Sonora lithium project in Mexico - Non-Executive Director Eileen Carr buys 80,000 shares at 45 pence each, worth GBP36,000, on Monday, as part of Bacanora's share placing and subscription at that price last week. Carr's purchase, which is her only holding, was scaled back from 88,889 shares, since the placing was oversubscribed. The company issued 107.0 million shares, raising USD65 million. On Friday, it said that Ganfeng Lithium Co Ltd, Bacanora's cornerstone investor and offtake partner, had subscribed for 53.3 million shares at the same 45p, raising an additional USD31 million and giving Ganfeng a 28.9% stake.
