(Alliance News) - Better Capital PCC Ltd on Monday said net asset value in its 2009 Cell and 2012 Cell both fell in the first half of its financial year.
The investment company said the 2009 Cell's NAV as at September 30 stood at GBP26.4 million, down 5.0% from GBP28.3 million at the end of March. Per share, it fell by 6.7% to 80.28 pence from 74.87p.
In the 2012 Cell, NAV came in at GBP46.6 million, down 16% from GBP55.6 million. NAV per share fell at the same rate to 16.11p from 19.20p.
The 2009 Cell made nine total platform investments during the period, as well as 10 follow-on investments. In the 2012 Cell, six total platform investments were made, as well as one follow-on investment.
Shares in the 2012 Cell were untraded in London on Monday morning, last quoted at 7.60p each. The 2009 Cell was also untraded, last quoted at 48.50p.
