LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy support services firm Sureserve Group PLC on Monday said it appointed Christopher Mills as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Mills founded Harwood Capital Management in 2011, a successor from its former parent company JO Hambro Capital Management, which he co-founded in 1993, Sureserve explained.
Mills currently is investment manager of North Atlantic Smaller Cos Investment Trust PLC and is non-executive director of several companies, including Augean PLC, EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC, Goals Soccer Centres PLC, Ten Entertainment Group PLC and MJ Gleeson PLC.
Sureserve shares were untraded at 26.50 pence each.
