LONDON (Alliance News) - Augean PLC said Monday Harwood Capital LLP, investment manager to North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, of which Augean Non-Executive Director Christopher Mills is director, purchased 300,000 shares at a price of 51 pence.
Mills' interest in Augean following the GBP153,000 Friday deal has not been disclosed.
Shares in Augean closed down 0.8% at 51.60p on Monday.
