IN BRIEF: Atlas Mara changes accounting date, delays results

Atlas Mara Ltd - Sub-Saharan Africa banking investor - Changes financial year-end date to February 28 from December 31.

"This change is driven by the ongoing strategic review and engagement with the creditors of the group," company explains.

Also notes it will require additional time granted by UK regulators to publish annual results, owing to Covid pandemic. Will publish annual results by August 31.

Stock price before suspension: USD0.43

Year-to-date change: up 59%
