LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Ltd said Tuesday that Independent Non-Executive Director Philip Hebson bought 121 shares at 88 pence Monday.
Following this transaction, Hebson has less than a 1% interest in the company.
Shares in the fund closed up 1.0% at 87.75 pence Tuesday.
