IN BRIEF: Amino Technologies notes extended MobiTV auction process

Amino Technologies PLC - Cambridge, England-based media technology - Auction process related to the sale of the trade and certain assets of MobiTV Inc and MobiTV Services Corp has been extended and will continue at 1700 BST.

MobiTV is currently in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy process in the US, pursuant to which Amino submitted a bid for the trade and assets of MobiTV to the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Friday last week.

Current stock price: 152.80 pence

Year-to-date change: up 27%
