LONDON (Alliance News) - Amur Minerals Corp on Thursday said it has issued shares under the subscription agreement it entered into with Crede CG III Ltd in December.
Amur has issued 32.7 million shares at 7.65 pence per share to raise a total of GBP2.5 million. It also issued warrants to Crede over 24.5 million shares exercisable at 9.945p over five years. Amur shares were up 0.7% to 6.65p Thursday.
Amur said the funds will be used for general corporate purposes, including backing further exploration drilling at its projects in Russia.
