(Alliance News) - Retailer Laura Ashley Holdings PLC on Wednesday said that Non-Executive Director Wong Nyen Faat will not seek re-election and intends to step down from his posit at the company's annual general meeting scheduled on October 9.
Faat is the chief operating officer of Malaysia-based MUI Group, Laura Ashley's parent.
London-listed shares in Laura Ashley were trading 5.0% higher at 1.81 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
