LONDON (Alliance News) - Alumasc Group PLC on Friday said it appointed Stephen Beechey as non-executive director with effect from January.
The building & engineering products supplier said Beechey currently serves as executive director of the Wates Group, a large privately-owned construction, development and property services company in the UK.
Alumasc shares were trading up 0.4% at 129.0 pence each.
