Allied Minds PLC - Boston, Massachusetts-based intellectual property commercialisation company - Wireless communications portfolio company Federated Wireless Inc closes additional USD14 million in its series D funding, bringing the total for the round to USD72 million from USD58 million. Federated's post money-valuation now stands at USD302 million, up from USD215 million reported in Allied's 2020 results following series C funding. Allied's fully diluted ownership is now 24%.
