DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Burberry and IntegraFin COOs sell shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Burberry Group PLC - London-based luxury goods retailer - Chief Operating & Financial Officer Julie Brown sells 23,000 shares at GBP19.45, worth GBP447,304, on Wednesday. Brown continues to hold 132,598 shares.

IntegraFin Holdings PLC - London-based investment platform - Patrick Sweeney, an associate of Chief Operating Officer Judith Davidson, sells 144,000 shares at GBP5.71 and GBP5.75, on Friday last week and Monday, worth GBP824,795. Cheryl Gunby, an associate of Executive Director Jonathan Gunby, sells 30,000 shares at GBP5.78, worth GBP173,250, on Tuesday. However, the disposal was to "a person professionally arranging transactions on behalf of" Gunby; therefore there was no change in beneficial ownership.

Allied Minds PLC - Boston, Massachusetts-based intellectual property commercialisation - Non-Executive Chair Harry Rein buys 100,000 shares at USD0.35, worth USD35,000, on Friday last week. Senior Independent Director Bruce Failing also buys 100,000 shares, on Thursday and Friday, at USD0.32, worth GBP31,920.

RTW Venture Fund Ltd - Director William Scott and Chair William Simpson buy 50,000 shares and 25,000 shares, respectively, at USD1.90, worth USD142,500 in total, on Monday.

Prospex Energy PLC - investor in onshore and shallow offshore European gas and power projects - Non-Executive Chair William Smith buys 1.0 million shares at 2.76 pence, worth GBP27,600, on Tuesday. Smith now has 2.7 million shares, a 1.8% stake.
