LONDON (Alliance News) - Allied Minds PLC said Chief Operating Officer Marc Eichenberger sold 184,506 shares in the company last week.
On June 7, Eichenberger sold 100,000 shares at 338.0 pence each, before selling 84,506 shares at 351.2 pence on June 10.
Following this, Eichenberger now holds 1.4 million shares in Allied Minds.
Shares in Allied Minds closed down 6.8% at 326.20p on Monday.
