Ashmore Global Opportunities Plans Shareholder Return Amid Wind Down

(Alliance News) - Ashmore Global Opportunities Ltd on Wednesday said it will return 28.37 US cents per USD share by way of a compulsory partial redemption of shares.

Just over 10% of the USD issued share capital will be redeemed on Tuesday next week. The return stems from the realisation of the company's investments received up to and including April 30 as it winds down.

Ashmore Global Opportunities USD shares were untraded in London at USD1.52 on Wednesday.
