LONDON (Alliance News) - Tissue Regenix Group PLC said Wednesday current Applied Graphene Materials PLC Chief Financial Officer Gareth Jones will join the regenerative medical devices firm as its new finance head from late November.
Jones - CFO at Applied Graphene since April 2017 - will join Tissue Regenix as CFO, company secretary and an executive board member on November 30. He will replace interim CFO Paul Below who will remain at Tissue Regenix to "facilitate an orderly hand-over."
"We are delighted to announce the appointment of Gareth as our Chief Financial Officer," Tissue Regenix Chief Executive Officer Steve Couldwell said. "After an extensive recruitment process, Gareth's proven experience of implementing operational enhancements, divisional business unit management, profit improvement initiatives and strategic commercial planning, in both UK and US quoted companies, will significantly strengthen our leadership team."
Shares in Tissue Regenix were 3.2% lower at 10.56 pence on Wednesday. Applied Graphene shares were 2.1% higher at 43.90p.
