EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Treatt CFO hands in 12-month notice; TP CEO departs

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Treatt PLC - Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk-based ingredients for food, beverage and fragrance - Chief Financial Officer Richard Hope plans to retire from business from June 30, 2022. "A search process to identify a successor for Richard will commence shortly and the board is very grateful to Richard for providing a 12 month notice period, which will help the company find the best candidate possible and will also ensure a smooth and orderly transition period, once his successor joins," firm says.

TP Group PLC - Hampshire, England-based consulting, software and engineering company - Phil Cartmell steps down from role as chief executive with effect from close of business on Wednesday. "The board has identified an interim chief executive and is in the process of finalising that appointment. A further announcement will be made in due course," company says.

Primorus Investments PLC - investment firm - Says Matthew Beardmore to become chief executive of firm from Thursday, and concurrent with this will no longer serve as a non-executive director. Rupert Labrum will remain as executive chair and Hedley Clark will remain as a non-executive director. "We have a robust balance sheet, a healthy cash position and some compelling investments, and with the opportunity to build on these with a healthy pipeline of prospective investments which we are reviewing," says CEO-elect Beardmore.

Studio Retail Group PLC - online clothing and electricals retailer - Francois Coumau to retire from board at end of annual general meeting in September, having completed seven years in independent non-executive director role. In addition, Elaine O'Donnell has indicated she does not intend to stand for re-election at the AGM having served her initial term of three years as an independent non-executive director.

Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC - Edinburgh-based UK and overseas companies investor - Gay Collins hired as an independent non-executive director effective from Thursday. She has over 35 years of experience in the financial services sector and has founded and grown three PR companies. She is also a director of the Association of Investment Companies and JPMorgan Global Growth & Income PLC.

Amiad Water Systems Ltd - Israel-based water treatment and filtration systems - Arie Schor, a statutory external director of the firm, has resigned from board effective from Thursday. This follows Schor completing his three-year term as an external director in April.

Feedback PLC - London-based medical imaging technology company - Non-Executive Director Simon Sturge resigns to focus on his other commitments. "I have really enjoyed my time on the board of Feedback and I believe that the company is entering into a really exciting phase in its continued development," says Sturge.
