The FTSE Small Caps Index and junior-listed FTSE AIM All Share Index are both up by 0.2 percent in mid-session trade, with the blue-chip FTSE100 index up by 0.1 percent.
The FTSE 250 Mid Caps Index, which hit a fresh record high earlierin the week, is down by 0.3 percent.
