(ShareCast News) - David Sumner has resigned as chairman of Auhua Clean Energy, the environmental technology group said on Tuesday.In a short statement, the London-listed company said Sumner had taken the decision to step down from his role because of "increasing demands on his time from his other business commitments", adding Raphael Tham was named non-executive chairman."The directors would like to thank David for his valuable contributions during his time with the company," the group said.Auhua shares were down 17.39% to 1.90p at 1226 BST on Tuesday.
