Breuer, joined the board on February 1 and will replace John Burns as chair come Derwent's annual general meeting, tentatively scheduled for May 14.

Abcam PLC - Cambridge, England-based supplier of life science research tools - Chief Executive Officer Alan Hirzel buys 2,500 shares at GBP14.86, worth GBP37,143, on Tuesday. Chief Financial Officer Michael Baldock buys 5,000 American Depositary Receipts at USD20.66, worth USD103,300, also on Tuesday.

Gary Bullard now is interested in 62,044 shares. Spirent on Thursday published its 2020 results, reporting pretax profit of USD95.8 million, up 6.9% from USD89.6 million in 2019.
