(Alliance News) - Life science research tools supplier Abcam PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Milner sold over GBP15 million worth of shares in the company.
Milner sold 1.1 million shares at about GBP14.12 each, about GBP15.5 million altogether.
Abcam added: "These transactions are for tax and estate planning. Milner continues to remain committed to the company as a member of Abcam's board in his role as deputy chair."
He now hold 18.0 million shares in the company, representing an 8.7% stake.
Abcam shares closed 0.1% lower at 1,400.00 pence each in London on Tuesday.
