LONDON (Alliance News) - Abcam PLC said Senior Independent Director Louise Patten and Chairman Peter Allen purchased shares in the biotechnology company, both in separate transactions on Thursday.
Patten bought 8,038 shares at a price of 1,306.30 pence each, worth GBP105,000, while Allen acquired 12,000 shares at 1,304.00p per share, totalling GBP156,480.
Shares in Abcam were trading 0.1% lower on Thursday at 1,313.00p each.
