(Alliance News) - Anglo African Oil & Gas PLC on Tuesday issued 7.1 million new shares at a price of 0.28 pence each.
This is in respect of the conversion by Riverfort Global Opportunities PLC Ltd of GBP20,000 which is principal of the loan note entered into between the two parties on June 10.
Application has been made for the admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to start on August 21.
On admission the company will have 473.7 million shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
Anglo African Oil & Gas shares were down 0.2% at 0.32p each at midday on Tuesday in London.
Riverfort Global Opportunities shares were untraded, last quoted at 0.84p.
