Arix Bioscience PLC - firm which invests in biotech companies - Acacia Research Corp, a 19% shareholder in Arix will requisition resolutions for Arix's annual general meeting, nominating the appointment of Peregrine Moncreiffe, Issac Kohlberg and Maureen O'Connell to the company's board. Moncreiffe is chair of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC and Kohlberg is chief technology development officer for Harvard University.

PureTech Health PLC - clinical-stage biotherapeutics company - Founded entity Gelesis appoints Jane Wildman to board of directors, as it looks to launch its commercial product Plenity in the US. Most recent executive role was as president of personal care consumer products firm Combe Inc, and Wildman has also spent 25 years at Procter & Gamble Co for 25 years from 1983 to 2009.

All Active Asset Capital Ltd - London-based firm seeking investment opportunities in the technology, software and artificial intelligence space - Intends to appoint Frank Cho and Kassir Kayani as managing directors, roles outside of the company's board. Appointments are subject to formal administrative and regulatory requirements. Cho's most recent role is as global agency lead in Business Planning & Operations for Facebook Inc, while Kayani is chief technology officer at CSL Group, a company in the fire and security sector.
