LONDON (Alliance News) - AA PLC on Wednesday said Chief Executive Simon Breakwell, Chair John Leach, and Non-Executive Director Stephen Barber all acquired shares in the company.
On Friday, Breakwell bought 83,873 shares in two transactions for a total value of GBP49,724. On the same day, Barber acquired 100,000 shares at 60.21 pence for GBP62,210.
Finally on Tuesday, Leach bought 57,188 shares at 59.40p for GBP33,969.
None of the directors' total interests after the acquisitions were disclosed. AA shares closed 3.2% lower at 57.50p each on Wednesday.
