26% Shaftesbury Shareholder Will Vote Against Certain Resolutions

LONDON (Alliance News) - Shaftesbury PLC said 26.15% shareholder Samuel Tak Lee intends to vote against certain resolutions at its upcoming February 8 annual general meeting.

He will vote against a resolution authorising Shaftesbury's directors to allot shares in the capital of the property manager and resolution authorising directors to allot shares in certain circumstances on a non pre-emptive basis.

Shares in Shaftesbury closed up 0.4% at 845.50 pence.
