1Spatial interim non-executive chairman steps down

(ShareCast News) - 1Spatial plc, the Global Spatial Software and Solutions Company which manages the world's largest spatial data, have announced that its interim non-executive chairman is stepping down.David Richards is due to leave the company by the end of August 2016, when a permanent chairman is expected to be in place."The board would like to thank David for his contribution as interim chairman and looks forward to making a formal appointment announcement in due course," the company said in a statement.As of 11:04 BST shares in 1 Spatial were flat at 4.25p.
