Battery metals recycler/explorer Technology Minerals #TM1 IPO's on LSE Main Market, raises £6.5M

Technology Minerals Plc shares started trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market this morning as the company IPO'd, the first listed UK company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals to begin trading on the Main Market. The ticker is #TM1.

Following the successful pre-IPO fundraise of approximately £5 million, the Company has raised gross proceeds of approximately £1.5 million (before expenses) through a placing of 66,666,667 New Ordinary Shares at a price of 2.25 pence per Ordinary Share. On Admission, the Company has 1,212,312,941 Ordinary Shares in issue, with a market capitalisation of just under £27.3 million.

Technology Minerals have a focus on battery metals both as an explorer and a recycler. The company has 6 exploration projects underway in America, Spain, Ireland and Cameroon, and is exploring for cobalt, nickel, manganese and lithium. As a recycler it plans to recycle both Lead and Lithium Ion batteries. TM1 is currently building two recycling plants in the Midlands, one for lead batteries, one for Lithium Ion.
