In an interview with Canadian Overseas Petroleum Ltd CEO and President Arthur Millholland, tells London South East they have an ambitious target to drill OPL 226, offshore Nigeria, in late Q2/Q3, '"but if it slips a month or two its not a big deal. What is important is to get the services and the financing package together."

#COPL are in discussions with three services providers to provide front end services and financing for the project. "There are drilling rigs available offshore Nigeria and we have identified them, so the equipment is there. Once we sign the contract things can be put in place quite quickly. That said, moving an offshore rig is like moving an armada and is highly complex and depends on logistics."
