There is an issue this morning with delayed data. Over the weekend, the London Stock Exchange migrated to its new software platform, and it appears that there are some 'teething' issues. You can read about the go live at: http://www.computerworlduk.com/news/open-source/3260727/london-stock-exchange-in-historic-linux-go-live/ Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as is possible. The premium live service is not affected, which gives us confidence that the delayed service will be fixed shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience, Admin

Luckyles; the issue we are seeing on Live is that the mid-price appears to be incorrect; it looks like the trade price is correct (if you look at the recent trades tab), but the bid/ask/mid appear out. Are you seeing a different issue to this? Our data vendor Netbuilder, is working on the issue, which is affecting all of their customers, including (unfortunately) us.

Hi everyone I wrote the news story above, and I'm following up on the issues you're experiencing with pricing. I have phoned the LSE and they say they are not sure exactly where the problem is. Are you able to tell me: - exactly which feeds you are experiencing problems on - have you heard when it is due to be fixed? - are the main issues around Netbuilder's service? Thanks Leo

Creston (CRE) mid price still showing as 89.50 although heavy buying has seen price rise to 99p. When can we depend on prices being right on this site?

Would appreciate any updates on this mess as I really got caught out yesterday buying as I wasn't aware until the afternoon just what had happened.

Have we the same problems as yesterday?

No. I have spoken with our data vendor, and the have said that while the Stock Exchange have done some rather odd things this morning, the quote driven systems (which this site uses) are fine. Apparently the issues yesterday were mainly affecting AIM market stocks. We are still working on a resolution for the intra-day graphing, but anticipate that being resolved shortly. Admin
