Due to London Stock Exchange licensing, the live price services (level 1 and level 2) can only be used on one computer/device concurrently for each user account. For instance, if you are streaming prices on a PC (logged in with your account), and you log in on your iPhone, the PC streaming will be interrupted. If you get the 'streaming interrupted' message, and you don't feel this should be happening, please contact us on the info@lse.co.uk email address.

Dear LSE, My live prices on the lse board are getting interrupted, now having paid a premium service i strongly feel that should not be the case, i have substantial holdings and use your fantastic site for liveprices and updates. Kindly restore my setting as they were. Kind Regards Zunait Jussab

LSE, My live prices are constantly being frozen with your message coming on screen explaining about 'multiple use'. I have only one single device for connection (my laptop)and are a paying monthly for premium service due to my large quantity of holdings. What's the problem and can you sort this please. Cheers, Jase

It would appear some members are receiving the live streaming interrupted message when they shouldn't be. As a result we have temporarily disabled this popup until we can fix the issue. Apologies to all members affected. Kind regards, Admin
