Spurious rumours of a major oil find and takeover speculation, not too sure about either. [NTOG] have stated they intend to raise development funds and with politically stability between Ukraine/Russis I think it is this that is prompting the share rally.

Rumours re-surfacing of a major oil find and takeover speculation. Profits on sp rise from .30p taken, holding remainder for medium to long term. Locked out any downside, but churn profits on weakness.

Hi GedW, I have a question for you. I hope you don't mind. I have read your recent posts regarding NTOG and have noted that you have sold some of your holdings but still hold some for the medium to long term. Do you think that the company has too many shares in issue and that there may come a time at some point where they decide to consolidate the shares or is it quite possible that a company like this, may never need to consolidate. Finally, based on what you already know about the company, do you have a target price in mind that you think that NTOG could possibly reach taking into account their new venture in Kansas? Hi ancelotti. At the moment there is no need to reorganise the share capital as it would not achieve the reasons why consolidations are undertaken. The number of shares suits this Co for the time being as I am not convinced a consolidation will not inspire institutions to pay attention, but what is for sure the market cap has a lot of future resource prospects and hope built in now. I am keeping a close eye on [RPT] as it has interests in Ukraine along with [NTOG]. The Kansas development is far too early to assess for a novice like me, but corporate offering reads well. Once a target price is given it is written in stone. All as I can say is that the Company is on the cusp of some interesting shareholder value upside long term but tinged with caution short medium term.

Hi GedW, Your response has made more sense than a weeks worth of useless postings on the iii and LSE site that I have had to painstakingly trawl through. Thanks once again. ATB Ancelotti
