looks like today or the price for next deal is already fixed at 170p.
Thanks, that's even more of a tight free float, sure there are plenty of pi's who won't be parting with their shares anytime soon either. I presume the company is happy to stay on AIM for the time being so this isn't an issue here?
check the new website! Transformation from a shell company to o+g producer "There are four established gas and oil fields in the Western Fields - the Krasnokutskoye field, the Zhdanovskoye field, the Karpenskoye field and the Mokrousovskoye field. Zoltav is currently producing from the Karpenskoye field, where 11 producing wells are located. The plant is tied into Russia's gas distribution network via a 22km pipeline. Zotlav sells natural gas produced by the plant to Gazprom."

shortly. A screaming buy. Not for traders
Is completed. Still looking for more.
Seems like things are moving nicely post AGM, not huge volumes but up 10%. Looking at the share figures only about 10% of shares not tied up with the big boys so could be interesting times volatility wise.
Passed
should we get some price action before and then even more after voting ???
17th 10.30 am. Jersey.
Shares magazine in its diary section does not mention our voting event. Strange !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ????????????
on Tuesday and first match of Russia against S.Korea , lets hope our main shareholders turn up on time.
Quiet today, things are about to change. Iraq kicking off, oil is up.
A buy, check the time. Warming back up.
20k trade very interesting... spread at that time was 143-155 so to get a price of 154 it was either a buy or mms were desperate to buy.. im of the view it was a worked buy......trade only get published when its fulfilled
kind on the move now, this 20k pieces order held it down.
It will. Patience.
on next Tuesday ; voting on the deal is just formality ; why zol does not move ??? - quite strange.
Hi Ltd , A sad lose at such a young age, when some think like this happens it puts everything into perspective, and makes you realise how precious life is.
Has died, a complete shock. RIP
Just wait until the latest oil find is formerly registered.
reported by now , not much business today.
is chevron active there.... no chance with the oil lobby in America as powerful it is that they will target oil companies http://www.chevron.com/countries/russia/
if lets say they choose oil companies Exxonmobile is there shell too is also there then there are http://www.newrepublic.com/article/116853/economic-sanctions-would-hurt-american-companies-russia
I agree with everything you say apart from the fact that this is jnr's company rather than Romans. I don't believe the west would make it personal. If they apply sanctions it will be to the areas or business rather than the owners.
