50c not 30c...typo... I think we will get more than 50c a seed personally... particularly if we receive some direct interest!
Outdoor crop NOT used for feminised seed.
Needs to be indoor as the facility has air filtration to exclude male hemp pollen in the air. So it indoor for feminised, controlled seed and 1,000,000 seeds a month as a guide. What they make for ZOE (30c, 60c, 70c) is up for discussion. We don't know yet.
The outdoor plants grow bigger and would have been harvested when in flower for the highest CBD yield. Lots of nice product to make smokes from or sell or get processed to CBD isolate as Nick sees fit. If we are shifting loads of Chill and cashflow is OK he will not sell, in my opinion, but will take the flower and isolate to make product.
Bear in mind, everyone harvest at the same time, so selling straight after harvest is a poor time. The processors will pay less as they have lots offering product. It we can hold the crop for a bit we will... to get a better deal. Clever.
OTC, Mr Checkout update, Other US distribution update, UK distribution update......other deals and products....first seed production.... all to look forward to
Looks like the Acme rocket has been sourced after that close, bring on tomorrow and imminent OTC listing launch.
and a rocket when the SP really starts to move!
Yeah, so all they need is an Acme Seed Sexer. :)
Possibly not guaranteed but I'm sure we have the relevant microscopic technology to confirm or dis-confirm. Either way, if we have excess seeds, biomass, etc from the outdoor acreage, that can only be a good thing.
The outdoor crop wouldn't have the measures in place to guarantee feminised seeds. imo
Is this now becoming a liquid stock, and we are not even live on the OTC. Dear me and there are those that think this company never/doesn't have a future....do the math!
Are you sure it's not active already? The past week has seen afternoon rises, may be those Yanks are trading from 2pm after all and are hoovering up them shares already ;-)
As a caveat we know the outdoor acreage is not increasing, at this point, as the outdoor crop is enough for production of Chill & Zoetic. Therefore, there could also be excess from the outdoor crop that might be used for feminised seeds? Just saying that could happen, or, it might not. All in all it seems NT et al have all bases covered at the moment. Strategy appears concise albeit fluid at the same time, a rare mix, like the Nitrogen, to maximize shareholder value, as alluded to by NT.
could do with the otc ticker going active :)
Yes Blue but I'm just basing in on what NT has said stating 2500 plants per month times 12. Maybe they eventually can reach the 40,000 capacity.
Cheers
Yoowin
Correct IANS. That's why NT gave a conservative estimate of 1,000,000 seeds per month based on 2500 plants x 500 seeds per month (1,250,000)
40000 annual indoor plant capacity stated in RNS.
I read it as ~1.25m seeds per month
Hi Blue. I think you've done the same as Chesh. 10,000 plants per 4 bays but don't forget it's 3 seasons per year so times by 3.
Cheers
Yoowin
I am sure if they are of good quality they will sell. They was a huge shortage of good quality feminised seeds this year.
Annual lndoor capacity is 40000 plants at 500 seeds per plant is 20mill seeds, say 10m at min 50c per seed is $5m, this is when the production is at full tilt,so some time next year is probable.the figure above I'd think minimum , can we sell the seeds is the question, some on here are saying no, With the other revenue streams developing at the same time next 6months will determine the companys success
'The facility is divided into four bays with each bay capable of supporting up to 2,500 plants for three seasons per year. As we perfect our seed production techniques the target is to harvest one bay per month. The development of these techniques has been time-consuming, but we are pleased with the results and the Board expects the facility to reach maximum capacity in the coming six months.'
I read that to mean one harvest per month of 2500 plants.
Thanks Y, off course you are correct, every 4 months, thrice yearly :-)
A slight correction Chesh. It's 3 seasons per year so not per quarter. Still impressive though and a great couple of weeks we've had.
Cheers
Yoowin
Seen as some positive threads have disappeared on the +ve incoming revenue versus outgoings, lets state as fact:
*Incoming bond payments, which cover most of the short-term loan facility
*Legacy O&G revenue, circa $150k a month
*Legacy O&G asset sale pending with +ve income after sales
*Increasing revenue streams on both side of the Atlantic via Chill & Zoetic CBD products
*UK Northern distributor has taken all available current UK stock of Zoetic products
*US distributors, Ox & Mr Checkout rolling out Chill with store count increasing month on month
*Seed genetics revenue due shortly in the very near term, New Year, as farmers plan cultivation timelines for their 2020 harvests from feminised seeds
All the above is in the public domain and freely available. You do the math!
*Feminised seeds to be produced from x 4 bays, with each bay producing circa 1,000,000 seeds PER QUARTER
*Feminised seeds sale value guesstimates ranging from 0.50c to $1.00 per seed
*Annual running costs disclosed as £2.5 million
