With this plus Caza, GKP, RGM I have lost close to £100k
just called my broker to try and finally sell XEL only to be told they are delisted from the AIM and so cannot be traded so not sure why LSE have a page here with a share price when they cant be traded? maybe someone can enlighten me ? Thought I would try and start a "Whose lost the most?" competition after seeing h4col has lost £14K It might make me feel better if someone has lost more ( but I doubt it ) or we may gain a sense of community. From my calculations I think I have more ( now worthless ) shares than Andrew Fairclough! Money lost £110,000 bought at £1.35 per share BEAT THAT!
Incredible that noone picking this up to raise legal issues, either shareholders, authorities market supervisors, or an other oilco. At the goveaway price no wonder ceo's indifference to lack of 3rd party interest evident, this appears a stitch up option in place long ago. Absolutely no sign of fiduciary responsibilities imo.
Mr Cat, is there no chance of anything being returned? I have written this off but there must be a minimal chance of an offer above the amount owed to bond holders. I do not see this happening but thought a slim chance.
Had my last look at http://www.xcite-energy.com/ Headline text on main graphic reads Converting Resources...to Value Appraisal...to Development Innovative thinking...Experienced management Well the failed on each of the above. Is this not a case of a company misrepresenting the facts via authorised communication channels(lawsuit) lol. I suppose for "Converting Resources...to Value" you could say they converted our SP from pounds to next to nothing Rupert Cole is now on my death wish. I hope one day to **** on the fkers grave Watch your back cole
Question to MissAnthrope re your "Payback" thread at 9.29 today. Will you be reporting your concerns to the Serious Fraud Office? https://sforeporting.egressforms.com/
Is there any room for Rupert Cole on the BOD. Excellent at extracting money from PI's. Let one of the bigest proven fields in the UK go under. Thanks for the tip risky. I'll think about it. .............. .............. Sorry NO.
listing today, with brockham drill coming up adjacent to UKs biggest oil find yet. Time to get in today ticker is ANGS
Is that a fact there is no chance of a sale at any price and no return to share holders guaranteed
Viewed our £14K as lost for the last couple of years
Yes, you've lost your entire investment.
Hi not up to speed where xel are at, I bought in years ago @ about £2.34 a share by memory, had an email in my spam box today saying xel are in liquidation ! Is this true ? Regards. Colin
What's somewhat surprising is that from the major shareholders that have been coerced by this bod and their intended failed accomplishments into investment in xel no coordinated legal action as yet at least appears evident to at least bring this bod to account, and ejection as ongoing representatives of current shareholders interests. Also the lack of any supposed industry interest in a low ball offer for xel. Have they all just given up, rolled over, accepted their losses, and allowing the management incompetents to carry on with this useless plan? Is there no way at least under fiduciary duties and the absolute bs shareholders seem to have been fed for years that they cannot legally at least be held to account for their complete, hugely expensive failure over years.
If there were successful legal proceedings against Xcite Energy would the bondholders still be entitled to repayment or would compensation and fines leave be taken away from what might be due to bondholders? Could Directors or the Management Team be individually liable for compensation of fines resulting from inappropriate activities whether caused losses to shareholders or the government?
Viper I don't disagree this BOD needs a glasgow kiss from every shareholder. The GT Train robbers stole £2.6mil and got 30 years. This lot far in excess of £260mil & they can & do show shareholders two fingers. If you go on holiday top hotel Dubai, maybe just maybe you can give Rupert a kiss. You will not meet him at the local cafe. That's my chance gone.
That as it maybe is the case bodog, but only that fk-wit has crossed my path and cost me a 6 fig sum and many other PIs as well. He is a thief, liar and a conman(my Opinions). If I meet him, he will be privy to a glasgow kiss and a good doooooing. May the flees of a thousand camels run wild on his baws for the rest of his life. I even have a voodoo doll with pins in it. Hawd it a minute and I will stick one in eye now.
There are many Rupert Cole's on the AIM market. They are not watching there backs, why should they it's legal !!! & well paid. Stop paying your council tax & end up in jail, beggars belief. Maybe the UK needs a Donald Trump ???
Dead so true. It's a shame the BOD are so alive & being paid for failure or is It success ??? We will never know the truth. RC & SK Job done.
Well said mate Couldn't have put it better myself
EEEk, that is not what I typed, there is more grammar and spelling mistakes than I care to mention. SOZ Anyway my message should be clear enuf.......
If so, then he award for the biggest AIM FK-UP of all time, goes to one of the most corrupt individuals(my opinion) i have linked to, the only and only Mr Rupert Cole. A man who has lied, misslead and cheated many PIs out of their hard earned money with more JAM tomorrow stories than one could imagine, NDAs my arxx, and at the same time pocketed a healthly sum of money from shares and salary. I wish this man worst, that very worst that any future life can thru at him, that he suffer chronic illnes for the rest of his life, so as not to enjoy the money (ill gained) . All my opinion and after losing my wedge I am entitled to it. WHAT YOUR BACK COLE you are a target for many
Helpful post.jonjo Sat 14.39. Might it be possible for us to give a proxy vote towards a proposition to set up a creditors committee? Presumably as shareholders we are at the bottom of the list of creditors but presumably are entitled to be represented. Might we also be able to make individual representations to the Liquidator?
