BigEvilyn. Enjoy the wait. I hope you have youth on your side.
There can be nothing at all in that document that take this back to the ROI upon which the money was borrowed. EVER.
OPEX $199/mtu thats AFTER The tin credit has been applied and before a single interest payment has been made. Based on 910t (optimistic in my view) of concentrate produced in 2021 and $6m interest due you can add another $65 per mtu
Selling price $260/mtu. Actual Revenue (260*65%*80%) $135/mtu
So back of fag packet: Income = $135/mtu OPEX = $264/mtu A deficit of $130/mtu. Not a penny paid off the debt and more debt to come to fund the shortfall.
Well gog
I have read the full document and very interesting reading it makes.
We might not be there yet but we are getting there , it is taking longer than anyone would have liked but get there we will and I for one am prepared to wait
Bigevi.
I've not seen the document, just heard the pertinent detail. The counter would be that I've not seen any of the ramping squad posting what I posted, I mean EBITDA $0.3m its comical.
This will not get to 23p. Have you seen the share price ?? At 23p almost everyone (if not everyone) will still be 40-50% out of underwater.
I'm sitting waiting for the next RNS. Placing/Debt/Dilution/further conversion or even worse additional drawings from Atlas.
Who knows.
They also see fair value at 23p/sh based on a blend of NAV and forward looking EBITDA, indicating that WRES is trading on 0.48x to their risked NAV.
Didn’t mention the 23p did you :)
Opex $248/mtu without tin credit ($199/mtu with). I hope everyone that has been working the OPEX out at $94/mtu is now contrite and corrected. Of course there will be no apologies will there from the rampers.
Forecast EBITDA FY2021 $0.3m
Production est for FY2021 Total of 910t (W Concentrate and Sn Concentrate)
Blackrock Interest payments PIK for the year
T3.5 pushed back 2 years. No 7 day working "expected" until Q421 I don't have it yet these are just the "highlights"
What a s4itstorm.
I don't have the document yet, anyone care to share the full content ?I
