Outlook Aug 14: The Group has made significant progress in the last twelve months and is on target to continue its growth trajectory to month on month profitability in 2015. We believe that the positive momentum gained in recent months can be maintained and substantial growth can be achieved in the next financial year. What use is the contract when Ultrasis and their shares are junk? Another con job? When is someone going to step up & speak the truth? Where are Smith & Kershaw? Administration or receivership?

I was to understand that they had 10 working days and then they needed to appoint administrators. As usual no news?
On the other hand, how does he recover his money if the company cease trading, good chance his assets are froze by HMRC under investigation.
I don't think there is a chance in hell of getting anything back,remember bell still owns 30% or so and has first call on the money he lent to the co....so a new purchaser would have to repay bell and buy his shares....as I believe the co cannot pay its way at the mo why buy it
