Bilbo.
What sort of a comment is that. Do you not read any of the RNS’s. Tri Star’s 16.3 % holding cannot be diluted.
Have you been silly and given your shares away or something because I cannot understand why you are being so ridiculously negative.
There is still time to buy the back
The only reason that makes sense to me for Odey doing that, is that there expecting more rounds of dilution
They are not Odey’s personal shares that are being sold. I have said that it does not affect him personally. He will want to buy the shares though once delisted. My wording buy the shares back is misleading.
So I will ask my original question again
If Odey wanted to buy back the shares it sold after delisting why wouldn't they have just transfered them to different accounts
Like the oppersite to bed an ISA
Stay long said that

Odey will be wanting to get these shares back the moment that Tri Star is delisted. He cannot buy them now for a number of reasons. As we speak Tri Star is setting up the new trading platform and it will be operational the day after. Don’t give them away guys, they are worth well in excess of what he will start the bid at.

Bovey- when I spoke to HL they informed me that they would be held on account and listed on any future exchange.
Bovey that’s sounds correct to me, as I’ve held shares that have been delisted in the past.. however I would ask for them in paper form as my shares that were delisted only stayed as a blank entity for about a year and then completely vanished from my pf
I guess SL was just wondering why you are putting so much effort into discussing with us LSE(numpties) as you put it!
So your saying Odey has told its isa investors that we sold you share a a tenth of what you paid for them...(that bit I can understand)
But as soon as Tstr delisting we will buy them back for you for many multiples of today price
Buy high sell low
If there is any truth in what you say I’m surprised odey have any investors left
I have just come off the phone from HL and they are saying that they will hold shares in a SIPP, they will show a nil value and will just be held there. I have asked them for written confirmation and will await, not convinced though?
Why would odey buy back later is what I’m asking... after all . The tax free isa etc can’t be held in a private company
So what your suggesting make no sense
No problem
I’ll just assume that you’re a paid troll.
I will ignore you from now onwards
@staylong - best you not ask him that question your post may get reported. lol
Bo aim. Are you invested ?
If you go by the TR1,s about 12% so far. But judging by the share price there must be more to come. MM’s have been constantly working sell orders
Bilbo. Because these are not his own private shares that are being sold. These are investors in the Odey fund that have invested through their pensions. They have to sell because they cannot hold the share in an unlisted company, are you not keeping track ?
This doesn’t affect Odey personally. It just wouldn’t look good if he bought them now, especially as it was his decision to delist. They will be picked up as cheaply as possible immediately after the delist.
SL
I'm new to the share. If I leave my money in here. Anyone know how long we will have to wait coming out of suspension. New to the game
I disagree again moon. Much cheaper ways to do things, he could have just transferred them. Even if he done it on the open market with today’s spread
Bo -aim - I see on twitter us (numpties) are all wrong and you have a different theory. Could you provide evidence please as a Lth.
Thanks in advance
I disagree why would Odey sell say these levels at a massive loss, only to buy them back for a much higher price?
I agree SL - most shareholders that are left, are in for the bigger picture.
Agreed SL!!

SP movement just like fjet when you take the decimal points off. Fjet did hit from 1 to 3+on last few days as I recall. GL all.
Just an opinion
That bloke who predicted 300% rise this week was a little optimistic eh
