I totally agree. It’s been a difficult to predict what’s been going on behind closed doors so we can only take what Nick is saying as fact. I’m hoping by the end of this month they might finally release an RNS about readmission to share tradeing. The longer it goes on for tho, the more it concerns me that’s it’s not coming back. Half way though the 6 months so it needs to be soon. They need it to work as much as we do. It’s there careers are on the linear well as our hard earned cash.
Thanks Mate - i did contact them what feels like ages ago and they replied to say that the Board had every intention of getting the accounts signed off as soon as possible and commencing trading again - just feels like they should be in a posiiton to get their accounts signed off now that they have some bridging finance as i am sure that was the issue that prevented the auditors from signing off the accounts for them to publish; with bridging finance (which they tell us they now have) the auditors should be able to sign them off at least as a going concern...
As stated in our most recent RNS, we are still engaged in discussions with a potential strategic investor. The investor is providing us with bridging finance during the course of these discussions; you will note that this situation has been ongoing for quite a number of weeks now and you will, I hope, conclude that this is evidence of the investor's sincere interest in reaching some sort of a deal. The whole process has gone on longer than I think any of us anticipated, partly because TPO is a more complicated company than its market cap would suggest and partly, in all honesty, because it's August and every time a new piece of information or a new discussion is required, one of the parties involved seems to be on holiday. This has been frustrating to say the least, and I say that as someone who hasn't had a holiday this summer at all! I can't give any sort of undertaking or guarantee but I hope that we will be able to make an announcement to update the market in the relatively near future. This may not be a definitive announcement of a deal but it will serve to reaffirm to the market that we are alive and kicking and actively exploring a solution to our funding solution.
I contacted them 3 weeks ago and was told negotiations were still on going. That they would realease information through RNS in due course.
Has anyone else contacted the company recently? Are they still positive?
Very much doubt this will relist now and doubt anyone is going to refinancing the company you carnt use the excuse that everyone has been on holiday for several months I have more faith in cloudtag coming back from the dead than this now
I think if there’s no news by month end then it’s game set match.
nearly half way through sept getting more doubts on this coming back the longer there is no rns
News soon I hope.
Got to come out the woodwork soon .........
zzzzzzz
LOL
Just out of curiosity if this relists and spikes are you guys going to hold or sell out
Previous rns states the accounts won't be signed off while in discussions with Barclays and bridge finance sorted its boom or bust in my opinion I hope it's boom
Guess the million dollar question is when?... but very positive to see he is replying and not ignoring shareholder emails as he must be getting the same questions asked all the time. Let’s hope it’s soon as otherwise it starts to get worrying - they just need to publish the accounts to trade again.
So I don't need to bother playing the lottery tonight then.
Let's hope this gets sorted and relisted soon
I have also email Nick and had a very swift response. The parties involved (other than the guys at TPO) all took holiday during this month wish has delayed proceedings. They are working extremely hard to find a solution to bridging finance. Also the fact that the company is far more complex than the Mcap suggests. They hope to release an RNS in the not to distant future.
I'm not saying anymore now will wait to see if this relists. Doubt it will anytime soon still 4 months before gets kicked off aim whoever the investor is must have faith in the company especially if they refinance the company we will be off to the races off topic lost in cloudtag I carnt believe amid is asking for more money and not even listed apparently that's coming back Nov if this comes back refinaced I will top slice on the spike 1.5 million mcap could happen on opening
re my post. The sale has not concluded and is dependent on the number of customers migrating to the new supplier and the amount receivable by TPO will reflect the number of customers who do.Therefore contractually the deal has yet to be fulfilled. As and when the migration completes the proceeds will be released.
Apologies for the misunderstanding
Might be helpful if you could post the reply you got from them.
Had a email from nick he has not said the sale of us has concluded think we should leave them to get on with things and wait for the outcome of anything by official rns no matter how frustrating having money tied up in a suspended share is
and previous rns stated if tpop prove they can raise finance they want there money 2020 so will have to wait for rns to see whats going on
oh right ok cheers for the info i got the reply by email that tpop continues to operate its businesses in both the us and the uk and hope to have future news for you soon
I asked Mr Dashwood Brown last week about the sale of the USA business and when procedds from sale are expected, and I am lead to believe that the sale has concluded but proceeds will not be released until the transfer of the business is concluded..T mobile are the carriers in the USA and apparently their local problems are delaying the transfer of the business.Hopefully once the cash has been released and Barclays get their pound of flesh the company will refinance and shres will be listed again.
