Y-Alam, All your points are valid and I totally agree with them. Another massive concern for me is the Nasdaq volume which has totally fallen off a cliff excluding the 1,4m on the 8th October, where have they gone since ? Accustem demerger has been badly planned and executed by the board in my opinion which has left shareholders in limbo with a non liquid share whist suffering the obvious loss on the Tiziana share post demerger ( Unless a sale has been agreed )
Alam.. I’m quite relaxed. We all have our strategy and expectations and I can only speak for myself. Let wall street plays its games. Nasdaq will wake up once we have decent news. At the moment it seems steady, not dropping so im happy. Im sure we will get well over £2 before cut off. No point reading too much into it. Things can always be worse. As for value of accustem, I have no idea. All I can guess is that it will be worth plenty in 2 years. Probably not much in short term. Perhaps it will get taken out. Who knows. All guesswork. GLA
It's all about managing expectations.....a long while ago many of us expected big things with stemprint and the demerger......however this so far has not played out....likewise we expect good things from the Brazil trials which will be some time away. Main concern for me right now is the heavy manipulation that has affected the sp in a major way. Also the control by the Nasdaq is also a major concern. The big question is why is this share so tightly controlled....these types of shares that are under this level of control are called operator stocks and most advisers tell you to steer clear. So why is it controlled
Swerv.. Alam... i’m with you guys in wanting the sp to rise... we all do.. i was saying £3 a few days ago.. but it is what it is. We just have to trust the bod that they know what they are doing. I cant see any rns being released apart from to say trial in brazil has started (which they cant hold back). All other news will be conveniently delayed/slowed (call in what you like) until after demerger. Im quite relaxed, waited this long, whats another week. Also atleast we are blue, better then being red. Only my opinion. GLA
Swerve...I agree...sp is stagnant....shorts still opening ..14% yesterday....what I dont understand is shorts will have to close for their clients accounts to receive free shares...yet no great surge in closing shorts yet...also no arrival of herd for free shares....they will almost certainly short the crap out of share after demerger and so far we have not had any real surge in sp. Also you cannot hold rns back. If it is price sensitive they have to release. Wonder what they will say tonight
Shiraz i hope to be in this for at least another year assuming that we dont get taken out. But it would be nice to see some movement given that this was taken down so regularly for over a month. Now thats coming to an end we are stagnant. Look all I'm saying is it would be nice to see some return of which isnt happening yet.
I think what people need to realise here is that news flow is being managed (in a legal sense)... we were dishing out rns’ left right and centre before the placing, now nothing for a month since news of foralumab in brazil. This is the calm before the storm... GC is playing a blinder.. if I was in his shoes would do exactly the same.. for instance why would you release tonnes of news now.. spike the SP and then we are at £1.10 this time next week? ... who loses out? The guy with the 33% stake... this way we have slow rises.. probably still a crazy day or two before demerger.. then a reasonable drop.. then bang bang with the rns’ and we will be back above here now... just wait a week or two and see.. these bod are no spring chickens... usa is non existent because the herds want news.. at the moment there isnt any... patience is key... im enjoying this, the wait for accustem is nearly over!! Dont let the doomsday sayers fool you. GLA
Swerv.. if you in this to see the rise and sell before or on tuesday then yes I would be worried.. Probably sell up now....personally I will take a little out for cashflow if it goes over £2 but not concerned generally. Heading upwards for me nice and slowly. This time next week il have another company added to my portfolio so quite happy where we are. GLA
When you consider that shorts are closing on nas then you would have to say technically we are going backwards.
Mac think you may make some money on that trade
quite agree great company to be involved in the tragedy surrounding the name of it speaks volumes about its intentions. This has been my biggest investment and I intend to hold my shares long beyond split. However I am having a short term bet on price increasing up to split I will be going for a quick trade can't get the money till tomorrow though so for the first time I am hoping for the famous tils crappy afternoon slide. Thanks to all for advice and good luck to all LTH and short term punters too.
Well said, you make a statement with every penny you invest. Immunotherapies were on the news last night and represent a whole new field of medicine, good to be part of helping it launch.
sporty please be careful, with covid its rampant in Wirral so think Liverpool will be the same
Wisha/sporty i also dont invest in thoese companies and other like them, some companies are their to make other life a misery
Well said and brave to say it! Why be in BooHoo (dodgy as hell) or AMGO (taxation of people who are already poverty stricken)
when you can invest in something good - without taking the moral high ground!
Had a fun exchange all day on GGP about being Altar Boys in the 70s and dealing with the Missions and the strap and the Fr Jack Hackett type Parish Priests - passed a very boring day on the markets - no rampers - no idiots a lot of intellect - and emotional intelligence and common sense - like the majority here!
Keep your investing and keep the faith - hold for Health & Wealth and do something constructive with any wealth you manage to acquire
Good Luck all - heading to Liverpool now for a couple of days - no doubt confined to an office and hotel room!
Cheers
Sporty and all the very best I am sure from us all to Charlotte & Mum x
BM03- great post. We are all here to make money but the ethical/moral element is just as important. I dont invest in certain companies on moral/ religious grounds. Having read up and researched tils I will be here for many years to come. Probably for life. It will make us all money but also potentially provide life changing therapies for people in the future. We are all part of that as shareholders who believe in the company. GLA
Well said BMO3
so Tils is looking into autoimmune diseases, that most people dont even know existed.
so autoimmune is an inflammatory response which occurs when the immune system goes into action without an injury or infection to fight. Since there’s nothing to heal, the immune system cells that normally protect us, begin to destroy healthy arteries, organs and joints. let me explain the living hell of this, your organs fail, you can have aneurysms in your arteries and if these burst well that can lead to death.
Because of all the treatment charlottes needed her veins collapsed and she had to have a Portacath inserted, on the 7 of this month we saw charlottes neurologist as charlottes memory retention is failing, and due to the amount of inflammation charlotte has had, she now has a brain injury, so with all the other things she has to deal with we now have this.
So companies like Tils, Imm and all the others are so important to people like charlotte, some of these companies will fail, and i hope that most dont, these companies are the only life lines and the only thing that will give people hope to carry on living, and yes I know investing in the companies with your hard earned cash is a risk because you want a return on your investment, but for people who want to be here for the long term and are looking as Tils to invest in and are looking for information,( and i am not talking about up to the stem split), if these drugs work they are life saving, AND YOU ARE ALL PART OF SAVING THAT LIFE XX
