59p is just returning to trend.
I don't think this outfit is providing unlimited service for a fixed fee.
If they get £100 for me from HSBC, and doesn't get commission for any bookings,
and this applies across the board, they will soon go out of business.
I know Booking.com gets ~10% commission for my hotel bookings.
If TEN has sufficient scale, they can demand a cut in a similar way.
That applies to travel, restaurant and theatre bookings.
I therefore expect TEN to BUY clients from banks, and fleece the customers through their bookings.
This implies a mass market approach, so even packaged accounts qualify for this concierge service.
Ultimately, it's Lastminute.com in all but name, and no real exclusivity whatsoever.
Hopefully, the numbers will build up, so we get to a £5 share price, before the world realises it's as exclusive as a hotdog.
Hah
I got another share that roars like a lion but suspended at moment loo
May it roar like a LION LOL
Will pop my head in here tomorrow and see what’s happening.good luck mate.see you at £1:)

"How do you feel about TEN's service?"
They are just ordinary people pushing buttons.
There is a slight edge they have, when I can't get a table, but there is no guarantee.
Asked them for a fully sold out show.
They came back with reserved tickets are released on a particular day each week, so they can check for me.
At the Empire Leicester Square, cinema, many years ago, there were six seats in the Circle that were held back until the last minute. Same goes with a lot of theatres, just in case some VIP comes along, and Barbara Streisand did, one night. This is why there is nearly always "RETURNED" tickets if you queue outside. Don't be surprised it's the best seat in the house, because it probably is. It isn't held for TEN, or any particular hotel concierge.
There are only so many held back tables and seats. If you increase the membership, be ready to get disappointed.
All that they are doing is what the concierge does at the Dorchester, who must be getting fed up with these interlopers.
thinks
must need shares as Bid keeps creeping up
I don't want to say too much but what I will say is.....
Jean Paul Concierge owned by Accor Hotels Group are currently the market leader in concierge services. Ten have to take market share from JP as well as other competitors in this market.
The concierge market is essentially all about technology. Who can provide the slickest, quickest, most comprehensive piece of technology for customers to use.
What I have seen of Ten's technology solution looks superior compared to their competition. By the end of Feb 2019 I should be a complete expert in the concierge space and will be able to provide some insights in terms of their complete service offering and what, if anything really sets them apart.
I actually use their concierge service, so bought some shares out of curiosity.
Got in at £1.60, and picked up some more at 27.999p.
The fixed price per client business model worries me.
If they are good, I would use them more, but they don't get any more money.
Amex Centurion charges US$7,500 to join, then US$2,500 Annual Fee.
I get TEN Group concierge service for FREE through HSBC Jade.
They need to fleece me somehow, I just haven't work out how yet.
I assume they will charge me rack rate, i.e. full price, and pretend to give me 5% discount.
There is plenty of scope for taking a cut, as a booking agent.
Meanwhile, people who DIY get 30% off, by booking direct with the hotel.
The bank can claim they give you a concierge service for a premium account, for very little cost.
I wouldn't be surprised if they sold me to TEN Group.
I am hoping that TEN Group rips off rich people, so boosting their revenue.
This results in the share price going up, or even paying dividend.
So far, booking restaurants have been free, but I don't know if TEN gets a percentage of my food bill.
earner
onwards and upwards
I’l be honest, I have just recently taken a big hit on SOU ... moved it over to Flybe and now here ... recouped almost all losses.... so I’m happy to hold. But I will be moving soon either way as this was a punt that’s paid off nicely.
Been watching from the side lines don't usually post but as its so quite I thought I would join you. When you consider the partners TENG has on board, the directors buying and less than 25% of the shares in the public hands, then the money that they have spent on improving what they already had that worked just to make it even better makes for a bright future imho for the shareholders. It should never have been taken down so low and the MM's are struggling with the low free float having to report buy's late the following day as sell's. Nobody is selling and the steady risers are always the best as it keeps away the day traders. gla

Just me and you mate enjoying ten lifestyle rises.
