Well now that the automotive sale is complete, the company is totally debt free with cash in the bank, with more to come once the rest of the sale funds are paid (re,vendor loan). As this was heavily traded at 200p last year, prior to automotive sale, and Chinese taking a big slice of the shares, are we going to see an all out bid for the company this year???????? Watch this space. Adyor!!!!!!!
Well on the way back to 200p? Looking very good from here on?
Have the remaining 5% of shorts lost the opportunity to close, if Telit gets takeover offers (like Laird did last year), then this could possibly jump significantly higher imho? Laird went from about 120 to 200p in one day as a buyer just came out of the blue. I think Telit could be worth circa 250p at the moment if bid comes in, as the company has no debt following the automotive disposal. Aimho adyor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That would be lovely... i remember laird.... it wasn't long ago and u r right shorts better close as the company is turning itself for better
Some big buys went through at about 2pm today, price jumped 3p to 150 straight away..I wonder if shorts are continuing to close or other buyers coming in?
I wonder if there is a potential for a special dividend to be paid once the final payment is received from the sale of the automotive division? Would be very nice bonus for long suffering shareholders.
Sudden drop in short interest to 3% and a5 % acquisition re. todays RNS. This may spike higher next week when results come out? GLA adyor!!!!!!!!!!!!
I suppose after months of silence this board with be busy tomorrow......
RNS today, all the cash has been paid to Telit for the automotive sale..Are we going to get a special dividend or will a takeover happen now all the books are balanced?
Next stop 200p to test 12 month highs, remaining 3% of shorts will be getting nervous imho adyor!!!
Some big buys going on today. 200p + in the coming days possibly?
Well well, director buys 250,000 shares at 184p. This is getting very interesting now...GLA holders!!!
