something similar probably with different terms should apply in UK. it should not be the last price of course because this will constitute an abuse to shareholders ... it should be some average based on a given period ....
we still need to find the right answer in case of LSE ... someone around got the answer?
so the rule is the VWAP of the last 3 months? correct?
and what's the issuer obligation for existing SH in case of delisting?
they buy back shares at what price ? what the reference price?
my view if this deal go through ... a delisting is inevitable.. and here someone need to tell us the exact rules in lSE for delisting.
I've got a feeling you said that yesterday, Dan, using 6p as the bottom. More chance of 0.4 - 0.6p
I reckon 4 p bottom then if takeover slowly rise from thete
Barckley and that you will never know sweetie ;)
how frustrating huh x
i have no idea tbh
Yes so what's likelihood dilution price predictions 4 p
happy for you with the profit as I will be happy for every PI that make profit and hard luck for the one that they loose some money.
besides that, what's your real motivation here? you are not SH on TCG? and on daily basis you want to influence people with Bull**** analysis?
you express your view once... why keeping insisting on influencing people ? it's a matter of personnel recognition your are looking for? or you are heavily shorting TCG?
I Tried to understand the real motivation but can't find a valid answer...look at me ..no post in any other forum...because
-I don't know the others company and didn't study any opportunity on them
- I don't want influencing people with wrong assessment
- i have other thing to do
what's your real motivation seriously ?
Barckley my point is....you said "my TGC balance is showing red negative at 5 digits" at the moment, so you could loose £10k's more?
At the moment I am showing a nice profit thank you Barckley that is why I am calm ;)
So as I say again, who is the more intelligent, the man who holds a profit of the angry man holding a loss....
where's the muppets....:) seems their shift end...Fosun not paying extra hours :)
I should rename the chat from summary to muppets destruction :) ...
buck: is the course is so complicated? did you find the answer? keep going mate...never late to learn... we learn all from each others.
just one company please with negative net profit and debt and still have value please please.... I'm still angry ...:)
you are my example in life... I want to learn from you please.... wow I'm so angry my TGC balance is showing red negative at 5 digits ... wow I made a bad investment I should hear to muppets and sell with looses before I loose anything ... :)
hahaah... you make my day mate.....I have a big smile now....
honestly, If I was you and after today discussion were you demonstrate you real level and motivation to be here ... you need to exit this forum.....
mouaah sweetie..... ah by the way ... how's your investments doing ..... showing green all 50 pounds on this and 10 pounds on others .... not with this you gonna make fortune my sweet heart....
p.s Barckley thanks to L2 I am sitting on a tidy profit on this at the moment trading on the bounces even with the spread being offered ;) but thanks for your advise on the courses, once you have attended let me know how you get on x
Barckley....then you must also show your level by continually asking on a daily basis "whats level 2 looking like?"
Also....who is the more intelligent man....the one who holds a profit or the angry man holding a loss and still believing in miracles....
Oh and for the 3rd time my answer is still the same I am not going to do the research into ALL the companies that maybe Barckley, so stay angry my new sweetie ;) x
I Feel you need to have some courses.. I know some courses ( but unfortunately in Paris) that can help you on both managing your emotions and investment decisions and the right path to achieve it.
labour : good one... I believe they are a good guys there and also in the conservative side......however we are not discussions politics even I have my proper opinion on that... I respect the British people vote even I don't agree with it.
Is it going to pop,
lol .. making an investment base on L2.... I told you that you show your level today to everyone.
i will repeat my question : as the net profit is criteria for you for company valuation, HOW MANY companies In LSE that should should have 0 value now as you are suggesting for TCGn?
Please ask me the question again Barckley so I am clear what information you are after, your starting to sound like one of the Labour MP's right now, make yourself clear sweetie... x
If you do have 100k Euros in TCG and you do not see a £200 investment to get up to the minute information to stop yourself loosing 10's of £1000's of Euros a good investment then I really do wish you all the best of luck ;) I feel you may just need it....xx
buck: did you finish the course ( groupe consolidation principales or not yet)?
I though you were more knowledgeable then that....at least more then your Vice President shareholder ....
Likely price after dilution
still now answer to my question... I'm still angry ..
no 100K euros of course....:)
please the answer ... I"m not feeling good mister i know everything
Believe I did answer your question earlier Barckley saying as you are aware I am not going to do that research, was that not clear enough for my new angry friend :) x
